Questions before you make it white
Which formats can I upload?
Static JPG/JPEG, PNG, and WebP images up to 15 MB are supported. Animated or multi-page files are not accepted.
Can I remove the shadow?
Yes. Choose No shadow for a flat white canvas, or Natural shadow for a restrained contact shadow beneath the product.
What does 10% or 15% margin mean?
It describes the minimum visual breathing room between the product and each canvas edge. It is sent as an explicit tool option.
Does Preview have a watermark?
Yes. Preview is a watermarked WebP for review before any credit action. HD is the opaque master without the watermark.
How much is HD?
HD costs 1 credit. JPEG is the default format and PNG is optional; the atomic claim and signed download are connected in a later billing flow.
How long is a result kept?
You can download a result from the task link for 24 hours. Original uploads and generated results may be retained longer for service operation, debugging, and product improvement as described in our Privacy Policy.
