Static JPG/JPEG, PNG, and WebP images up to 15 MB are supported. Animated or multi-page files are not accepted.
Is the HD result really transparent?
Yes. A completed remove-background result must pass image decoding and an alpha-channel check as a PNG. The checkerboard is only the preview surface.
Does the Preview have a watermark?
Yes. Preview is a watermarked WebP for review before any credit action. HD is the same image without the watermark.
How much is the HD download?
The HD download is 1 credit. The actual atomic claim and signed download are connected in a later billing flow; this page does not pretend a claim happened.
How long is a result kept?
You can download a result from the task link for 24 hours. Original uploads and generated results may be retained longer for service operation, debugging, and product improvement as described in our Privacy Policy.
