Terms of Service

1. Service Description

PackBeam (https://www.getpackbeam.com) provides online product image processing tools, including one-click background removal, white background generation, and AI product scene generation. You can view a watermarked preview before deciding whether to spend credits to download the watermark-free HD image.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your account credentials secure.

3. Credits and One-Time Purchases

• Credits are purchased through one-time credit packs and may also be granted as signup bonuses or through promotions.
• Remove Background and White Background each cost 1 credit; AI Product Scene costs 3 credits. Previews do not cost credits.
• Credits do not expire. There is no subscription, monthly reset, or automatic renewal.
• Credits are not redeemable, transferable, or refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

4. Uploads and Generated Content

You retain ownership of the images you upload. You grant us the limited license necessary to process, generate, and display results for you. You may not upload images that infringe third-party rights, contain unlawful content, or violate our acceptable use rules.

5. Prohibited Use

• Uploading or generating illegal, fraudulent, infringing, obscene, hateful, or violent content.
• Attempting to bypass access controls, abuse preview quotas, or attack platform infrastructure.
• Impersonating others, distributing malware, or disrupting other users.
• Using the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.

6. AI Output Limitations

AI Product Scene outputs are generated by third-party models and may contain inaccuracies, including but not limited to changes in product details, color shifts, texture differences, or scene elements that do not match expectations.

• You should review generated results before publishing or using them commercially to verify they accurately represent your product.
• We do not guarantee that generated results comply with the specific requirements of any ecommerce platform, advertising channel, or third-party service.
• We do not guarantee that using generated images will produce any specific conversion rate, sales volume, or business outcome.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability.

8. Intellectual Property

The platform interface, code, trademarks, and brand materials belong to us or our licensors. Content you upload remains yours, and generated content is provided for your lawful use.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In general, unused credit packs may be fully refunded within 7 days of purchase; partially used packs are refunded minus the value of credits already used.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. After termination, you may continue to use purchased credits as long as your account remains active; abusive accounts may be suspended.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where PackBeam's operating entity is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction. The final venue will be confirmed before launch based on the merchant entity's location.
