1. Introduction

PackBeam ("we", "us", or "the Service") operates https://www.getpackbeam.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your information.

2. Information We Collect

• Account data: email address, hashed password, and optional avatar.
• Uploads: product images you upload to the Service.
• Generated content and prompts: prompts, settings, and output images from the AI Product Scene tool.
• Usage data: IP address, browser type, access times, page paths, and error logs.
• Payment metadata: order ID, amount, and credit pack details processed by Creem. We do not store full card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• Process remove-background, white-background, and AI scene generation requests.
• Manage your account, credit balance, and purchase records.
• Send service notices, security alerts, and support responses.
• Debug issues, evaluate output quality, and improve prompts and generation algorithms.
• Conduct internal analysis to improve the product and user experience.

We do not use your images or generated results to train third-party foundation models.

4. Third-Party Processing

We use the following categories of third-party service providers to process data:

• Cloud hosting: Vercel
• Object storage: Cloudflare R2
• Authentication: Better Auth
• Payment processing: Creem
• Database hosting: PostgreSQL hosting provider
• Optional analytics: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (only enabled when the corresponding environment variables are set)

5. Data Retention

We retain your original uploads, generated results, and related task metadata on a long-term basis for service operation, debugging, output evaluation, prompt and algorithm improvement, and internal analysis.

Generated results remain downloadable through the task link for 24 hours. After that period the download link expires, but this does not mean the images are automatically deleted.

Account information is retained until you delete your account or we no longer have a legitimate need to keep it.

6. Data Security

We use HTTPS/TLS encryption, access controls, and private object storage to protect your data. HD images and originals are accessed through short-lived presigned URLs; source files are not publicly accessible.

7. Your Rights

Depending on the laws in your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, email privacy@getpackbeam.com from the address associated with your account.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child, we will delete it as soon as possible.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
